At WyssPanther, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, so this policy aims to be transparent and fair to all parties involved.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a refund, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it arrived.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@wysspanther.ch. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. To help us process your return efficiently, please include:

Reason for the return
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Important: Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted. Returned items may be donated to local charities as part of our community initiatives.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Though original orders ship free, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. For a safe return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Once approved, refunds will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us immediately.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us promptly.
We cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or stolen after delivery to the correct address. We recommend selecting insured shipping options to protect your order. If insured, we will replace the item at no additional charge.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, cancellations cannot be processed once an order has shipped.
Incorrect Address Policy
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees. Alternatively, you may choose a refund minus the initial shipping cost.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need assistance, contact our support team to discuss possible solutions, including replacements.
